We were thrilled to take on the exciting task of designing a township that fully embraced the unique attributes of the site, all while prioritizing ecological sensitivity. The site's extreme slopes presented us with a challenge that demanded innovative thinking, resulting in a groundbreaking layout that catered to approximately 130 residential stands.

Throughout the entire project, our unwavering focus remained on attention to detail and ensuring the utmost care for environmental stabilisation. Preserving the natural vegetation and capitalizing on the breathtaking views were fundamental considerations in our design process.

One particular area posed a special challenge due to its steep slope. However, we were determined to find a creative solution. That's when we introduced a split-level street and a rising cul-de-sac—a truly innovative approach. Not only did this design provide convenient access to the stands located both above and below the street, but it also added a unique architectural element to the township, making it a sight to behold.
